Responsible for APQP for product development from (RFQ receipt) stage to SOP clearance at customer. Responsible for PPAP submission and its approval tracking at customer end Responsible for successful handover of NPD parts to production. To be part of CFT for cost and defect reduction. Reviewing the PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instruction on timely basis. Responsible for implementing and maintaining documents related to NPD as per IATF-16949. Desired profile of the candidate (IN DETAIL) Should have worked for min 6 years with Die Casting Manufacturing company. 1.Awareness on QMS/EMS practices as per IATF16949 / ISO 14001. 2.Good understanding of APQP & PPAP process and review of customer specifications. 3.Hands on experience in measurement system including GD&T measurement. 4.Understanding and Interpretation of engineering drawing. 5. Understanding of MSA, 8D problem solving, SPC and other Quality tools. 6. Qualified QMS internal auditor and also should have knowledge on the internal auditing process. Min. Exp. 06 years Max.
