Job Description Role and Responsibilities

Lead a Team of Engineers to perform engineering function duties as per set KRA.
Have Individual responsibility of certain function & Role
Authorize & Prepare Process Documents Example: PPAP /FMEA/APQP & BOM
Prepare / Authorize Relevant Engineering Documents Like ECN (Engineering Change Notice),FAI
Conduct CFT and allot tasks for product launch / NPI ( New product Information )
Monitor Product launch / NPI (New product Information)
Review / Prepare Costing Files for New Quotation.
Ensure all Engineering Activities to be Completed in ERP & Reviewed
Circulate Team performance Report Weekly/Monthly

B.Tech/ BE preferably from Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical background with EMS & Wire harness Industry experience

Design Tools
Solid knowledge of electrical systems, connectors, terminals, wire gauge, and harness layout.
Review and validate Bill of Materials (BOM), DVP&R, and DFMEA.
Good working Knowledge of ERP
