Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cost Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for new projects ( PCB Assembly )
Well versed in Manufacturing process - SMT & Testing
Support the sales team in Converting sales opportunity
Strong understanding of IATF procedures, SPC techniques, documentation skills, SMT & testing requirements
Expertise in designing and creating jigs and fixtures for efficient and accurate manufacturing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) techniques for performance monitoring and process optimization.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in Cost Estimation or related field (EMS industry preferred).
In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management systems and processes, including APQP, PPAP, and FMEA
Excellent documentation skills with ability to create clear and concise documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in interacting with overseas clients and customers.
