We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cost Estimation Engineer to join our dynamic team. Roles and Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for new projects ( PCB Assembly ) Well versed in Manufacturing process - SMT & Testing Support the sales team in Converting sales opportunity Strong understanding of IATF procedures, SPC techniques, documentation skills, SMT & testing requirements Expertise in designing and creating jigs and fixtures for efficient and accurate manufacturing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) techniques for performance monitoring and process optimization. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in Cost Estimation or related field (EMS industry preferred). In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management systems and processes, including APQP, PPAP, and FMEA Excellent documentation skills with ability to create clear and concise documents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in interacting with overseas clients and customers.

Job Summary: The Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure that products and processes meet customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance. This role will lead quality assurance initiatives, oversee inspections and audits, and drive continuous improvement across operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 or other relevant standards. Lead internal and external quality audits; address non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure conformance to specifications. Implement and monitor key quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, customer complaints, rework levels). Conduct root cause analysis and lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for process or product failures. Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to improve process quality and efficiency. Train and mentor quality staff and production employees on quality tools and standards. Manage supplier quality programs and perform supplier audits when necessary. Lead risk assessments such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies. Prepare and present quality reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to senior leadership.
