Application Support (Treasury and Payment Domain)

About the team

Application Managed Services (AMS) team provides functional support to the FIS products and clients Treasury and Payments business operations.

What you will be doing

The role will involve daily communication with staff from leading banks and corporates to which FIS provides financial software solutions.
You will be providing real-time assistance for business-critical products, to trouble shoot or produce an in-depth analysis of reported problems.
Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
Responds to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions.Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.
Will be working 24/5 Rotational Shifts

What you bring:

3-5 years of proven Clients Services experience in a Treasury / Banking or Financial environment.
Ready to work in flexible rotating shifts.
Understanding of SWIFT confirmations - MT300, MT5XX
Understanding of SWIFT Payments MT101, MT202,MT210 and ISO Pain XML messages
Understanding of SWIFT MT1xx, MT9xx, MT3xx and ISO XML messages
Understanding of Bank statements - MT9XX and CAMT53
Knowledge of treasury operations , Cash Management, Accounting, Bank Reconciliation, Settlements, Payments.
Experience with ticketing tool (such as Remedy, SNOW) around incident management and understanding of application support domain
Strong client interaction facing role experience

Good to have :

ITIL v3 Foundation or higher desirable
Experience in any Treasury Management System (TMS) application
Basic understanding of IT tools and servers
Understanding of database architecture
