Good to have PDM tools knowledge JOB Description Job Title: Saber Application Support Location: Bangalore/Sweden Job Type: Consultant Experience Level: Professional/Senior Assignment Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Saber Application Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for the Saber applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Saber platform, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure optimal system performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Proficient in product data management (PDM) systems. • Handled prototype test object builds, global requisition and inventory applications as primary contact. • Interfaced with global clients to analyze requirements. • Good communication skills, quick learning and email etiquette. • Tracking tools : JIRA, Service Now • Databases : Oracle, DB2 (sql basics) • Testing: Manual functional testing • Saber, Saber ESD. Saber application Knowledge is must. Key Responsibilities: • Provide day-to-day support for Saber applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance monitoring. • Analyze logs and system behavior to identify and fix recurring problems. • Work closely with vendors to escalate and resolve high-priority incidents • Collaborate with teams to implement system changes or upgrades. • Support testing, implementation, and training efforts during system changes or enhancements. • Document issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures.
