Preferred candidate profile Extensive experience in application support, preferably 3-5 years, with Kantar's Xtel or similar platforms. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Proficiency in relevant tools. • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and team members effectively. • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate
