Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Tracking incidents towards ensuring closure withing SLA. 2. Coordinating Major incidents by the bridge, maintaining whiteboard of chronology and sending timely communications. 3. Performing Quality checks on changes before & after implementation 4. Coordinating Major Changes 5. Driving Operations and Governance meetings. 6. Preparing SLA utilization report for operational governance. 7. Tracking RCA and coordinating Problem lifecycle till closure. 8. Maintaining KEDB 9. Performing Audit on Closed tickets and coordinating observations. Professional & Technical Skills: 1. Having 4 to 8 years of experience 2. List the essential personal attributes like communication, leadership skills, team handling skills, analytical skills, presentation skills, ability to work under pressure, etc. needed to carry out this job. 3. Experienced in Analytics 4. Be a Team player 5. Have Good Communication skill. 6. Show Sincerity and ownership towards activity. 7. Eager to learn new skill and adapt as per operational needs 8. Experienced in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management. 9. Experienced in ITSM tool preferably ServiceNow 10. Experienced in MS Excel and PowerPoint Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
