Application Support Analyst

About the Role

We are hiring Technical Analysts with strong SQL and problem-solving skills to support our growing client base.

This role involves working with ticketing tools, data analysis, and reporting systems to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth business operations in the logistics technology domain.

You will get exposure to WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System) applications, along with opportunities to expand your knowledge in enterprise-level reporting and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve support tickets using ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zoho Desk.
• Perform SQL operations for troubleshooting, data validation, and issue analysis.
• Execute DML and DDL statements (INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, CREATE, ALTER) confidently.
• Write SQL Joins, subqueries, and handle bulk data updates or extractions.
• Create and maintain custom reports using SQL queries or reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, Excel).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve application or database issues.
• Learn and support application workflows within logistics and warehouse systems.
• Escalate recurring or complex issues to development teams with detailed technical analysis.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related fields)
• Experience: 1–3 years in technical support, SQL analysis, or application support roles.

Must-Have Skills:

• Intermediate to Advanced SQL knowledge (Joins, DML, DDL, bulk operations).
• Exposure to ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, etc.).

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Excel).
• Basic knowledge of logistics/warehousing domain (WMS/TMS).
• Experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
