Job Description

Possessing specialist knowledge of applications and software
Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
Assisting with systems integrations
Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
Identifying and resolving technical issues reported in the ticketing system.
Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisations systems
Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer.
Responsible for the operations and uptime of all business applications which includes Core, Periphery, Mobile and Portals.
Hands-on and In depth technical expertise to operate in a complex and integrated application environment.

Preferred Certification - OCJP, .Net,
Hands on in Database Design and its operations management
5+ years of relevant technology experience
Problem solving approach

Knowledge of integrated IT solution
