Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Application Specialist

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage IT service desk tasks, including providing/revoking user access

✔ Deliver technical support for business-critical applications

✔ Monitor performance and ensure high application availability

✔ Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly

✔ Customize applications to align with business needs

✔ Act as the primary contact for application-related queries

✔ Coordinate with vendors for critical issues and enhancements

Technical Skills – Good to Have

🔹 3+ years of hands-on development experience in .NET Core

🔹 Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services

MS SQL Server

🔹 Experience in reporting and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
