Role Overview: We're looking for an Application Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience to support our clients" job search journeys. You will play a crucial role in managing job applications, optimizing ATS performance, and enhancing client employability across industries. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and track job applications across multiple ATS platforms & job portals. - Research job markets and match candidates to relevant opportunities. - Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between clients & recruiters. - Provide support in recruitment analytics and reporting to improve placement rates. - Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to develop job search strategies. Requirements: - 6 months - 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing. - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job search platforms. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. - Proficiency in MS Office & recruitment tools is a plus.
