• Field visits on critical issues related to software and product application.

• Study, testing and evaluation of new products and software. Preparing and evaluating documents for field circulation in coordination with Technical support & validation engineer.

• Support to technical team on application & product related queries.

• Support to sales team by providing product demonstrations for sales.

• Post sales demonstration and training to doctors and technicians on product handling & operation.

• Online application support of product software.

• Verification of brochures.

• Participating in Conferences for product promotions.

• Conducting training in conferences.
