Application Production Support - Automation (Ansible Terraform)

The primary purpose of the position will be to support BNL Application Production teams in their CHANGE activities, primarily:

- Automation of the Changeman development tool (OCAI)

- Evolution of digital channels

- Migration to Cloud environment (Petal2Core)

- Review of Command Center processes

- Support for IT Continuity DORA

Responsibilities

Ensuring smooth and efficient transition of IT projects during the operational phase

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential issues during the transition process

Continuously improving transition and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

Coordinate closely with Rome IT Application Production Teams working on IT Evolution program and all other BNL BNP Paribas IT teams

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

A proactive and results-driven approach to work

Help build team spirit and integrate into BNL BNP Paribas culture

Contribute to the regular activity reporting and KPI calculation

Contribute to continuous improvement actions, especially the lessons learned from handovers to Paris

Contribute to the acquisition by ISPL team of new skills & knowledge to expand its scope

1. Infrastructure Administration Open Environment:

o Cloud Native Application with focus on IBM cloud (Platform as a Service)

o Familiarity with Cloud technology

- Kubernetes

- Docker

- RedHat OpenShift

o Operating System :

- RedHat Linux 6.x, 7.x, 8.x

- Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019

o System Scripting (Shell, Python, ecc.)

2. Strong technical knowledge and experience on:

o Ansible

o Terraform

o Helm

Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system and/or other ITSM solutions
