15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive project success. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet user needs and are delivered on schedule. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Personnel Administration. - Must have Certification SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Personnel Administration , SAP HCM Organizational Management. - Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations. - Experience with SAP HCM modules and integration with other systems. - Experience in supporting changes that is deployed for UAT, testing end to end - Solid understanding in data lineage and knowing how data flows in integration files i.e between SAP and SF - Experience in supporting payroll testing, investigation of payroll issues and identifying root cause analysis. - Experience in providing solutions and remediation approaches where required - Setting up reporting through the use of Spinifex - Attention to details and have an eye for data reconciliation when comparing data. - SAP Payroll Australia knowledge would be ideal - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with data management and reporting tools within SAP. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll, SAP HCM Personnel Administration , SAP HCM Organizational Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram client office. It is mandatory to work from client office 3 days/week - A 15 years full time education is required.
