Application Engineer

Job Description

Note: Experience in Fluid Conveyance Industry is preferred. We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Application Engineer to support our sales team by providing accurate product guidance, technical clarification, and field support. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales to evaluate customer requirements, suggest suitable hose and fitting solutions, and ensure technically sound quotations and product selections. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team with technical expertise during client interactions. Visit customer sites for product evaluation, installation support, and technical discussions as required. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate hydraulic hose assemblies, fittings, or SS hose solutions. Prepare or assist in preparing technically accurate quotations and documentation. Train sales personnel on basic product technicalities for better client engagement. Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure feasibility and correctness of offered solutions. Troubleshoot product performance issues at client sites when necessary. Provide feedback to the design or manufacturing teams for product improvements or customization requests.
