Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate hydraulic hose assemblies, fittings, or SS hose solutions. Prepare or assist in preparing technically accurate quotations and documentation. Train sales personnel on basic product technicalities for better client engagement. Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure feasibility and correctness of offered solutions. Troubleshoot product performance issues at client sites when necessary. Provide feedback to the design or manufacturing teams for product improvements or customization requests.

Key Responsibilities: Support the assembly of hoses and fittings, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards. Assist in production line operations, machine handling, and process monitoring. Participate in product testing and validation for various applications (e.g., pressure testing, leak detection). Work closely with the applications team to understand how products are used in field conditions and customer setups. Help troubleshoot product installation issues or failures in assembly/application. Maintain and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assist in maintaining records for quality checks, assembly logs, and production outputs. Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or technical application roles. Basic understanding of mechanical assembly, hydraulic systems, or fitting technologies (preferred). Hands-on approach and willingness to learn technical and manual tasks. Ability to read engineering drawings and use basic measuring tools.

The role involves maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring timely issue and receipt of goods, and supporting production with the necessary parts like hoses, fittings, ferrules, and related accessories. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials (hoses, fittings, ferrules, etc.), semi-finished and finished goods. Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock audits and reconciliation. Monitor stock levels and trigger reorders based on minimum stock levels. Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials as per company SOPs. Issue materials to the production team as per job orders or material requisition slips. Ensure proper labeling, binning, and safe storage of items. Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain stock registers (physical and/or ERP-based). Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and delivery challans. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and audit-ready. Coordination: Coordinate with the procurement, production, and quality teams for material planning and inventory updates. Follow up with vendors for material dispatch and delivery timelines (if applicable). Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety guidelines, and 5S practices in the store. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assistant to support our quality control activities in the manufacturing and assembly of hydraulic hoses. The role involves inspecting and verifying the quality of hoses, fittings, and valves to ensure all components meet defined specifications and standards before and after assembly. Key Responsibilities: Component Inspection: Conduct incoming inspection of hydraulic hoses, metal fittings, and valves for visual and dimensional conformity. Check for cracks, surface finish, rust, burrs, thread quality, and physical damage. Assembly Quality Check: Inspect assembled hoses for correct fitting installation, alignment, crimp quality, and leakage. Verify torque and crimping parameters against standard specifications. Testing & Measurement: Use measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, pressure gauges, thread gauges, and go/no-go gauges to inspect parts. Assist in pressure testing or leak testing of hose assemblies if required. Documentation & Reporting: Record inspection results in daily check sheets, inspection logs, and quality reports. Maintain proper documentation of rejected materials and non-conformance reports (NCR). Process Monitoring: Monitor and report any deviations from quality standards to the Quality Engineer. Tag and isolate non-conforming parts and support corrective actions. Safety & Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and 5S practices in the quality and production area. Ensure proper calibration of instruments used during inspection. Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any relevant technical field
