Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting tasks. The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and computer-based financial systems. Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records accurately. Handle data entry of purchase, sales, expenses, and journal entries. Prepare and reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts. Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports. Support monthly and yearly closing processes. Prepare invoices, credit/debit notes, and maintain supporting documentation. Coordinate with internal departments for payments and approvals. Manage petty cash and ensure timely accounting of all transactions. Maintain filing and documentation for audits and compliance. Assist senior accountant or management in preparing financial reports. Skills Required: Knowledge of Tally ERP / Excel / Accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of taxation and accounting standards. Salary: As per industry standardsPreferred Candidate Profile:Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com). 1–2 years of experience in accounting or related field. Hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting tools.
