Job Description

The ideal candidate should have 4-8 years of work experience and hold a degree from NIFT or PEARL. Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and other CAD software is essential. Knowledge and experience in both Exports and Retail sectors are highly preferred. Your main responsibilities will include understanding upcoming trends and collaborating with aspirational brands for commercial assurance. You will create a Colour Board at the beginning of each season by purchasing samples from various brands. Conduct Market Research with the team to identify trends that can enhance the product range. Develop a Market benchmarking report and share insights with the team. Collaborate with the buying team to select the product range. Visit vendors for sample development and approve lab dips for bulk production. Create artwork for selected styles and coordinate with vendors. Review strike offs and provide feedback for pre-production samples. In summary, the role requires a candidate with a keen eye for trends, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful development and production of products.,
