Apparel Designer

We are seeking a highly driven and creative Apparel Designer to lead end-to-end product development for new and evolving categories for CULT under Performance Sports wear-Men+Women. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of technical fabrics, strong aesthetic sensibility, and a consumer-first mindset. You will be responsible for transforming unmet consumer needs into innovative, functional, and brand-aligned products from initial concept to final execution.

Conduct trend and market research for concept development.

Participate in the creative process of user surveys, market analysis, and feedback data collection.

Translate research insights into design decisions across collections.

Sketch seasonal linesheets for both Men s and Women s collections across Running, Training, Yoga, and Athleisure.

Regularly conduct Cult store user surveys to gather product feedback and improve design direction.

Develop and maintain detailed tech packs and ensure updates based on vendor and development feedback.

Manage and update key trackers: Product Development Tracker Attribute Sheet Tracker Catalog Shoot Tracker

Maintain an organized library of fabrics, lab dips, and strike-off approvals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fashion, or a related field (Knitwear Design preferred).

Passion for sport and sportswear design is essential.

2 years of experience in fashion, activewear, or team sport apparel design.

Proficiency across all stages of the design process, from concept to final review.

Solid understanding of apparel manufacturing and prototyping.

Strong knowledge of fabrics; graphics knowledge is a plus.

Technical skills: MAC systems CAD software 3D design tools (preferred)
