Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding upcoming trends and validating them with aspirational brands for commercial assurance. Additionally, you will create a Colour Board at the beginning of the season with updated shades by purchasing samples from the Brand. Market research with the team will be a regular activity to identify trends or styles that can be incorporated into the range for better business. You will also create a Market benchmarking report and share it with the team after visits, participate in internal reviews to select ranges with the buying team, visit vendors for sample development, approve lab dips for bulk production, create artwork for selected styles, and coordinate with vendors. Furthermore, you will review strike offs, provide comments for pp samples, and give feedback to buyers. Key Responsibilities: - Understand upcoming trends and validate with aspirational brands - Create Colour Board with updated shades at the beginning of the season - Conduct market research and make presentations to identify trends for the range - Prepare Market benchmarking reports and share with the team - Participate in internal reviews to select ranges - Visit vendors for sample development - Approve lab dips for bulk production - Create artwork for selected styles and coordinate with vendors - Review strike offs and provide comments for pp samples - Provide feedback to buyers Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of total work experience - Graduate or Post Graduate from NIFT or PEARL preferred - Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and other necessary CAD and illustration software - Experience in both Exports and Retail is highly preferred,
