Your primary responsibility will be to create modern rug designs for hand-tufted carpets. Your tasks will include making CADs of new designs, resizing customer drawings, checking the production of rugs according to approved CADs, verifying and approving colors used in production against original references, and suggesting new ideas for fibers, yarns, and weaves for manufacturing. The ideal candidate for this position should have a degree or diploma in designs, along with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
