Hands-on expertise in API automation and Playwright

Exposure to Gen AI capabilities in testing automation

Proven track record in migration projects within the banking domain

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Manage end-to-end test strategy and execution for projects with a team size of 10+

Oversee migration testing within the banking domain, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Drive test automation initiatives, focusing on API testing and Playwright frameworks

Collaborate on Gen AI-based automation solutions and lead implementation efforts

Engage in strategic discussions with stakeholders to identify service improvement opportunities

Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management

As an Associate Consultant, you will support end-to-end test management activities for projects in the banking domain
You will work closely with senior team members to execute test strategies, contribute to automation initiatives, and ensure quality delivery under outcome-based or fixed-price models

Key Responsibilities

Assist in test planning, execution, and reporting for complex projects

Support migration testing within the banking domain, ensuring compliance and accuracy

Contribute to test automation efforts, focusing on API testing and Playwright frameworks

Explore and implement Gen AI-based automation solutions under guidance

Driving end to end test management with a team size of 25+ with hand-on diving complex programs on outcome/Fixed price model
Should have managed migration scope on banking domain with knowledge on test automation specifically from API & Playwright capabilities Ability to lead test automation with focus on Gen AI capabilities for implementation Drive strategic discussions and focus on innovations and service improvements Excellent communication skills and customer management skills

C2:-
