What you will do
In this pivotal role, you will oversee Regional Projects Management, driving the Strategic, Digital and Transformational agenda for Quality Excellence across the APAC region. You will align regional goals with the global Kenvue Quality strategic & performance priorities to enhance business operations and implement proactive quality and continuous improvement programs. Your collaboration with key stakeholders will be essential for understanding and addressing business needs while ensuring that quality plans and decisions meet functional objectives. Other responsibilities might be added based on the business needs and candidate qualifications and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the Regional Projects Management and drive the Digital, Performance and Transformational agenda for Quality Excellence in APAC.
Align APAC goals with Global Kenvue Quality strategic priorities and deploy proactive quality and continuous improvement programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to support key functional objectives through effective quality planning.
Assess, design, develop, and execute capability strategies that focus on business value drivers to build a high-performing Consumer Health Quality and Compliance team.
Lead the Quality & Compliance digital strategy and ecosystem, including the creation and implementation of the regional digital portfolio in partnership with global teams.
Ensure effective communication and deployment of Global Kenvue Quality Systems and Processes across all manufacturing sites, Local Operating Companies, and functions in the region.
Participate in core teams to shape Global Quality Systems and serve as a liaison between global functions and APAC sites.
Share quality capabilities and standard deployments within the APAC region.
Act as the primary point of contact for Kenvue Operating Excellence (KOE) Quality Capability & Excellence in APAC, coordinating with global quality leaders and site quality heads.
What we are looking for
We are seeking a strategic leader with a strong background in quality management, Quality performance & compliance, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with stakeholders and drive alignment across regional and global teams. A deep understanding of quality systems and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives is essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in quality management, project management, or a related field within the consumer health or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, principles, and regulatory requirements.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership skills managing stakeholders, strategic communication, conflict resolution, and fostering organizational collaboration.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess and develop capability strategies
Desired Qualifications
Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Management).
Experience working in a regional or global role, particularly within the APAC region.
Familiarity with the latest quality management tools and methodologies, including digital solutions such as Veeva, LIMS, etc.
Proven track record of successful implementation of quality improvement programs.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving quality excellence.
Strong experience in the manufacturing operations’ quality and laboratories.
Experience in diverse and multiple sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer health, FMCG, or food is a plus.
Experience with lean manufacturing or six-sigma is a plus.
Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead and execute complex initiatives effectively.
