Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and monitor anti-virus and endpoint protection solutions.
Perform regular patch management across OS and applications (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Coordinate patch testing and deployment using automation tools (SCCM, WSUS, Intune, BigFix, etc.).
Investigate and resolve security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Generate compliance and vulnerability reports.
Collaborate with IT Security and Infrastructure teams to improve system resilience.
Document processes and maintain patching schedules.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with
endpoint security tools
(Symantec, McAfee, CrowdStrike, Defender, etc.).
Strong understanding of
OS patch management
and
vulnerability remediation
.
Familiarity with
configuration management tools
(Ansible, Puppet, or Chef).
Knowledge of
Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
or
Microsoft Endpoint Manager
.
Experience with
PowerShell scripting
or automation frameworks.
Awareness of
CVE management
and
security baselines
.
