Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Implementation & Analytics Specialist to support marketing and

product teams in setting up, validating, and maintaining analytics infrastructure. The ideal

candidate will have deep technical knowledge of GA4 and Segment.io, a strong QA discipline,

and the ability to generate meaningful reports and insights from digital data.

Key Responsibilities

● Handle day-to-day BAU implementation and QA tasks.

● Support new product launches with complete analytics setup.

● Partner with marketing teams to ensure campaign tagging and reporting are in place.

● Execute analytics QA using tools and browser-based debugging methods.

● Configure dashboards and conduct ad hoc analysis to support business teams.

● Maintain documentation and best practices for implementation and tracking governance.

Skills & Qualifications

● 5+ years in web/digital analytics implementation and reporting.

● Hands-on experience with GA4 event setup, custom dimensions, and reporting logic.

● Strong working knowledge of Segment.io and data pipeline configuration.

● Familiarity with tag management platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch, etc.) is a plus.

● Excellent QA habits and a detail-oriented mindset.

● Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration.
