Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Analytics Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in credit cards. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve credit card operations. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new credit card products and services. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of credit card initiatives. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize credit card portfolio performance. Job Requirements Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, particularly credit cards. Proven experience in analytics management, preferably in the financial services sector. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL and data visualization software.
