Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own and scale self serve reporting products (Workday dashboards, Discovery Boards, Power BI)
Lead external reporting (EU Pay Transparency, ESG) with audit ready methods
Champion Workday reporting enablement and adoption.
Manage intake, prioritize demand, and partner with P&O COEs and Client Partnering.
Working closely with a team of reporting analysts; enforce quality and release standards.

Essential Requirements

8-12 years in analytics & reporting; 3 5 years managing reporting products and stakeholder engagement.
Expertise in reporting (dashboards, Discovery Boards) and Power BI.
Experience with managing ad hoc requests, strong expertise in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and DQ tooling

Desirable Requirements

Snowflake/AWS analytics experience.
Knowledge of job architecture and skills data.
