Sr Manager - Reporting & Analytical products

As a Senior Manager, Reporting & Analytics (PTDI) at Novartis, you will play a crucial role in making people data work effectively for everyone. Your expertise in Workday analytics, Power BI, and data governance will be essential in scaling self-serve reporting, productizing insights, and delivering high-quality external reporting for the P&O department. Key Responsibilities: - Own and scale self-serve reporting products such as Workday dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Power BI. - Champion Workday reporting enablement and adoption within the organization. - Manage intake, prioritize demand, and collaborate with P&O COEs and Client Partnering. - Work closely with a team of reporting analysts to enforce quality and release standards effectively. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in analytics & reporting, with at least 3-5 years managing reporting products and stakeholder engagement. - Expertise in reporting tools like dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Power BI. - Proficiency in managing ad hoc requests, strong skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. - Familiarity with data governance frameworks and DQ tooling. Desirable Qualifications: - Experience with Snowflake/AWS analytics. - Knowledge of job architecture and skills data.
