Deliver high-quality investment research, portfolio insights, and product recommendations by analyzing wealth management products, monitoring market movements, and supporting client advisory teams with data-backed decisions.

Key Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

1. Market & Product Research

• Analyze and recommend suitable wealth management products across Debt, Equity, Hybrid, and Alternative categories.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Indian market products and global trends.
• Prepare weekly insights on market movements and product performance.

2. Mutual Fund & Product Performance Monitoring

• Track daily NAV movements of key mutual fund schemes.
• Analyze reasons behind scheme performance vs. underperformance.
• Maintain updated rankings, ratings, and research notes on mutual funds.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Write clear, data-backed reports, articles, and product notes.
• Prepare investment recommendation summaries for internal and client use.
• Maintain high-quality documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

4. Coordination With Sales & Advisory Teams

• Work closely with the sales/business development team to understand client needs.
• Provide analytical support for deciding the best investment options tailored for clients.
• Participate in discussions to evaluate feasibility, risk, and suitability of recommendations.

5. Client Portfolio Review & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth assessment of client and potential client portfolios.
• Provide analytical insights, risk profiling support, and improvement suggestions.
• Prepare portfolio review reports and comparison analyses.

6. AMC Coordination & Relationship Support

• Liaise with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for product information, data sourcing, and research inputs.
• Maintain communication logs, updated product notes, and AMC interactions.

7. Data Management & Internal Tools Updating

• Maintain and update internal tools, databases, and performance sheets.
• Ensure accuracy of analytical models and financial datasets used across the organization.

8. Continuous Learning & Market Awareness

• Read extensively to stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, new products, and global developments.
• Share relevant insights with internal teams to support better decision-making.
