Key Responsibilities
This position combines treasury operations expertise with system administration responsibilities. The role focuses on managing and optimizing treasury management systems (primarily Kyriba) and banking platforms to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant processes.
Key Responsibilities
- System Administration:
- Act as administrator for Kyriba and various banking systems.
- Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts, ensuring proper access controls and compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain system configurations and security settings.
- Integration & Process Improvement:
- Support integration between Kyriba and banking platforms, ERP systems, and other financial tools.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancements within treasury workflows.
- Participate in improvement projects to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide first-line support for system users, troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary.
- Deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders on system functionalities and best practices.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor system activity and maintain documentation for compliance purposes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in treasury, finance, system administration, or working with banking platforms and treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba or similar).
- Strong understanding of treasury operations and cash management processes.
- Experience with system integration and data flows between TMS, ERP, and banks.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
- Project management capability and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
