PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Monthly and quarterly reporting and fund accounting for the Private Equity Real estate funds. Onboarding of new funds. Maintenance and review of accounting records on Apollo systems. Having knowledge of Private Equity / Real Estate Fund Structures. Development of fund metrics and outcome analysis. Calculation of management fees and carried interest, Waterfalls etc. Assisting in the quarterly valuation process, quarterly close, LP reporting, and financial statements. Liaison with external auditors with regards to statutory fund audits (US GAAP / IFRS etc.). Review, allocation and approval of invoices and expenses, process wires etc. Collaborating with Apollo colleagues across New York, India, and London. Ad Hoc Projects - New products, Process System enhancements. Qualifications Experience Qualified Accountants with 5-7 years of experience. Fund finance/ Fund Administration experience in a global organization. Preparation review of Funds NAV s Investor allocations including waterfall calculations. Audit support, Preparation review of Funds Financials under US GAAP/ IFRS. Strong attention to detail. Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills. Individual must be diligent and work well in a team environment. Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Analyst/Associate Accountant will support the Controller team that supports self-administered employee co-invest funds and carried interest entities across all Apollo funds. This group is growing at a fast pace as Apollo continues to launch new funds across their various platforms. This is a varied role and key to the successful finance support function to the businesses. The person should be enthusiastic, hard-working and willing to take on a challenge. This role involves working closely with several departments within Apollo including various Fund Controller teams, human capital, and tax to ensure the preparation of accurate and timely information. The successful candidate will be a part of the SEC reporting process for a listed non- traded operating company focused on the infrastructure sector. Position Overview Team Overview ISGI (Insurance Solutions Group International) provides investment advice and solutions to EMEA based insurance companies and portfolio companies. ISGI provides services on Strategic Asset Allocations (SAA) for client balance sheets, portfolio management through its Balance Sheet Management (BSM) pillar, Asset Liability Management (ALM), and allocates to Return Seeking (RS) private assets in line with SAA. The Role The role will focus on supporting portfolio analytics and reporting while playing an integral part in enhancing Balance Sheet Management (BSM) capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members on BSM-related analytics and projects. They will also support the ISGI Investment Teams in London, ensuring data quality, building analytics, and contributing to the delivery of insights to help the investment team make informed decisions on BSM.
