Location

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordination, selection, and onboarding support
Build strong talent pipelines through portals, social media, networks, and market mapping
Manage volume hiring across functions with strong TAT and process discipline
Handle offer rollout, compensation fitment, and negotiation with candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure smooth delivery
Maintain hiring dashboards, metrics, compliance, and documentation
Ensure quality and timely closures

Skills & Qualifications

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Experience in volume hiring and offer management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management
Proficiency in ATS, Excel, and recruitment tools
Graduate/Postgraduate with 5 years of TA experience
