As an Analyst / Sr. Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders in the business teams across Roche’s global affiliates and deliver high-quality analytics solutions to real-world business problems. You will be required to conceptualize complex unstructured problems and apply analytical skills to address business questions.The Opportunity
- You collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver end-to-end analytics projects for Roche and its global affiliates
- You process small and large-scale secondary healthcare datasets and perform complex analysis to derive meaningful insights that impact patient care
- You build advanced statistical models using state-of-the-art analytics tools and then create and present comprehensive reports and findings to stakeholders
- You maintain expertise in the evolving healthcare marketplace and prioritize high-impact activities to ensure Roche remains at the forefront of innovation
- You contribute to internal initiatives and play an active role in helping grow the GATE team through knowledge sharing and collaboration
- You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that improve the overall customer experience and business success
Who You Are
- You hold an overall experience of 1–5 years in the analytics or consulting space, preferably within the Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare domain
- You possess a strong knowledge or experience in using Excel and SQL
- You have gained exposure to statistical data analysis tools where proficiency in R, Python, and VBA is considered a significant advantage
- You have a strong interest in applying analytical skills to address complex business questions and are motivated by delivering high-quality solutions
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and feel confident presenting technical findings to various business stakeholders
- You bring a learning-oriented and quality-focused mindset to a fast-paced, global environment
- You have gained exposure to Big Data Analysis with tools such as Hadoop, Hive, or Spark, which is considered a significant advantage
- You have experience processing large-scale datasets and can derive insights through complex statistical modeling with minimal supervision
- You are available to work from the Chennai or Hyderabad office and are committed to continuous professional development within a global center of excellence
