Purchase Analyst

If you have 4-5 years of experience in analytics or KPI management within a purchase/SCM function and are passionate about turning data into actionable business insights, this role could be a perfect match for you.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Analysis & Reporting:

  Conduct in-depth analysis of purchasing data, price trends, commodity tracking, and spend. Drive purchasing KPIs, prepare budgets, and create management presentations.

• Process Optimization:

  Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and lead initiatives to enhance purchasing efficiency, including the management of digital tools and projects.

• Compliance & Support:

  Ensure adherence to purchase processes, support internal audits, and guide buyers in following defined procedures.

• Collaboration:

  Coordinate effectively with local, global, and cross-functional teams.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A graduate with a preference for candidates holding a PGDM/MBA, B.Tech, B.E., or a Statistical background.
• A professional with

  4-5 years of relevant experience

  in analytics, KPI management, or a related field, preferably within Purchase/Supply Chain Management.
• A proficient user of

  Advanced Excel and PowerPoint

  ; knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, or statistical tools is a strong advantage.
• An analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail, a self-starter attitude, and excellent collaborative skills.
