Analyst Program

As a candidate for the role in Ahmedabad, you will be involved in a mix of research, operations, and startup interfacing. Your responsibilities will include: - Working with the team on all program-related execution - Building sector knowledge and contributing to creating content like sector landscaping and use-cases - Helping prepare IMs, one pagers, and other stakeholder reports - Providing advisory and support services to program portfolio companies - Facilitating investments and supporting startups in their fundraising - Interacting and maintaining relationships with portfolio companies, mentors, and other stakeholders - Creating timely portfolio update reports and monitoring the performance of portfolio companies - Scouting and analyzing new investment and incubation opportunities Key Skills/Abilities: - Passion for supporting the startup ecosystem, preferably with some startup experience - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving approach, and startup sense - Self-motivated with the ability to define, structure, and prioritize work - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Excellent spreadsheet skills and familiarity with tools like Notion, Tracxn, CB Insights, and basic CRMs - Knowledge and understanding of technology such as robotics, AI, IoT, etc. across sectors will be a plus Qualification/Experience Required: - Graduate or Post Graduate degree - 1-2 years of experience, preferably in a startup (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description) As a candidate for the role in Ahmedabad, you will be involved in a mix of research, operations, and startup interfacing.
