As Manager-Investment Banking, you will be responsible for end-to-end deal execution in M&A and Private Equity transactions. This includes driving deal origination, sector coverage, and client engagement, creating detailed financial models, presentations, and investor materials, leading industry and company research, and collaborating closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. This role is hands-on and on the leadership track, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience at an investment bank in India, with a proven track record in M&A and/or Private Equity deal execution. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent presentation and client communication abilities. Demonstrated sector knowledge in Consumer, Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services is preferred. A high-energy and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with strong ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, are key attributes we are looking for. Qualifications for this role include an MBA / MS Finance / CA / CFA from a premier Indian or global institute, with a strong academic performance and leadership track record.
