We are seeking an experienced Product owner , preferably with deep domain expertise in KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and solid background in the fintech/ecommerce industry . As a key member of the Agile team, the product owner will work closely with Product manager and engineering teams to define, prioritize and deliver features that ensure compliance and seamless onboarding experiences. Role Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog for KYC-related features and enhancements. Write clear, detailed, and technically feasible user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for development teams. Conduct user story grooming and review sessions to ensure team understanding and alignment Lead daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Serve as the subject matter expertise for KYC regulatory requirements and best practices, especially in fintech contexts. Act as the voice of the customer and compliance teams, ensuring that all features meet regulatory and customer experience standards Coordinate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology stakeholders. Monitor delivery progress, track key KPIs, and adjust scope or priorities as necessary Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across product development processes. Role Requirements Overall 5+ years of work experience with 3-5 years of experience as a Product owner Preferably: Strong domain expertise in KYC, AML and customer onboarding Hands-on experience in writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and facilitating agile ceremonies Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar agile certifications is preferred. Familiarity with digital identify verification vendors and technologies is preferred.
