Key Responsibilities: - Perform Customer due diligence and KYC checks as per compliance guidelines. - Review and validate customer documents for completeness and accuracy. - Conduct screening against watchlists (e.g., sanctions, PEPs, adverse media). - Maintain proper documentation of KYC verification and screening results. - Escalate suspicious or incomplete profiles as per escalation procedures. - Prior experience in KYC screening, compliance, or a similar domain. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Bachelor's degree. In this role based out of Noida, your purpose will be to support Screening with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution while making decisions in compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards. Your accountabilities will include supporting screening initiatives, executing screening checks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying areas for improvement, developing screening procedures, and participating in projects to improve screening efficiency. As an Analyst, you are expected to meet the needs of stakeholders/customers through operational excellence and customer service, perform activities in a timely and high-quality manner, collaborate with team members, identify policy breaches, manage risk, and deliver work in line with relevant rules and regulations. You will also be required to build relationships with stakeholders and customers to address their needs and handle sensitive issues as required.
