How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

As an ITAnalyst, you will be responsible for supporting software applications and users of our Engineering team as part of ANDREW, an Amphenol company. You will work closely with engineering, operations and other IT teams to solve issues, support upgrades and develop and customize processes and solutions. This role reports to our Goa, India office.

You Will Make an Impact by:

• Respondingto requests and tickets generated by our engineering team
  • Managingsoftware application access
  • Installing/upgrading/updatingengineering applications and configurations
  • Solvinguser issues, working with application vendors as necessary
  • Preparing/testing applications and upgrades prior to deployment to users
• Being responsible for Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Collaboratingwith engineering, IT, and operations teams to understand requirements, challenges and delivering effective technical solutions
  • Collaboratingwith vendors on schedule and content for new application releases
  • Providingdocumentation and training as necessary to user community
• Being Responsible for Optimization and Management
  • Developingand implementingof automation solutions and workflows to increase efficiency
  • Monitoring system performance and security, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Monthly testing of systems and connectivity tracking performance history and identification of issues

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ Years of proven experience in IT support of engineering software applications.
• A minimum of four years of demonstrated use or support of electrical and mechanical engineering CAD applications.
• Experience working with SAP and CAD tool integration.
• Understanding of engineering workflows and engineering data management.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support a global user base.
• Familiarity with version control, document management best practices, and industry standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams including business, finance and engineering personnel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

You Will Excite Us If You:

• Hold an IT support certification.
• Can demonstrate direct experience supporting SolidWorks 3D CAD, Mentor Graphics PADS, Cadence AWR, Ansys/CST simulation applications and FPGA development tools.
• Can demonstrate knowledge and experience of SAP modules (e.g., ECTR, MM, PP, QM etc.).
• Hold an advanced degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Have direct experience with the use of CAD tools.
