Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills as the role puts the candidate in the first line of support for our products
• Effective team communication and collaboration skills, openness to asking questions as well as coming forth with own ideas
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate in English daily
• Minimum 1 year of experience in applications support
• Practical skills in some of the following:
• Bitbucket Data Center / Cloud
• Confluence Data Center / Cloud
• Jira Data Center / Cloud
• OpsGenie
• Ability to test Applications after main Releases updates according to Test cases. Eager to automate manual test cases and any other proposal to improve manual task.JIRA and Confluence
• Atlassian and third-party apps e.g. Automation, ScriptRunner, Comala Document Management, ConfiForms; etc.
• Ancillary integrated solutions e.g. Advanced Roadmaps, Insight, etc.
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent qualification
• Previous 1 - 2 years history/work of administration, configuration, and support of Atlassian products, apps, etc.
• Knowledge of project setup; space configuration; themes; initiatives; epics; components; etc.
• Experience reporting and writing JQL filter queries
• Detail-oriented and enthusiastic self-starter who works well independently or with a team
  

Desirable

• Previous Agile experience in a corporate environment
• Bitbucket user and project administration
• Some experience with Groovy
• Prior experience using git and review process
