Supplier Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, identify and engage with new suppliers, and ensure timely and effective communication with suppliers.
Response Tracking & Escalation: Track and monitor supplier responses to requests and queries, escalate issues and concerns to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, and ensure prompt resolution of supplier-related issues. Documentation Assessment: Review and assess supplier documentation for accuracy and completeness, verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards, and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date and readily available. Spec System Linkage: Ensure seamless integration of supplier data into the spec system, maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information in the system, and troubleshoot any issues related to supplier data integration. KPI (Tracking, Reporting): Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier performance, generate reports on supplier performance, and provide insights for improvement. Rituals and Routines: Establish and maintain regular check-ins with suppliers, conduct regular business reviews with suppliers, and ensure compliance with company rituals and routines. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, implement changes to improve efficiency, quality, and supplier performance, and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes. QMS/Veeva: Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Veeva, and ensure seamless integration of QMS and Veeva systems.
