Job Description

You will be responsible for managing various procurement and supplier administration tasks to ensure the smooth operation of service catalogue workload at IHG Hotels & Resorts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering service catalogue workload, such as supplier administration, contract administration, sourcing support, travel mailbox management, project intake, and standard reporting - Providing procurement helpdesk services, resolving system and supplier administration, as well as travel and expenses queries in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) - Participating in ongoing training sessions related to service provision - Managing supplier set-up processes, including sustainability and risk assessments - Assisting in basic administration of procurement systems - Maintaining the IHG contract database by accurately entering and updating relevant data - Supporting ad-hoc projects or data consolidation requests - Offering suggestions and input on enhancing service delivery and continuous improvement - Escalating issues to the Manager Procurement Excellence Operations Additionally, you will ensure the correct use of and compliance with the IHG ticketing system, and publish regular performance metrics.
