As an Associate Consultant - Sourcing Support at Chain IQ India LLP, located in Navi Mumbai, India, you will be part of the Shared Service Centre India department and report to the Sourcing Support Head, APAC. In this role, your primary purpose will be to provide effective sourcing support from India for the US. Your key responsibilities will include: - Proactively fostering effective collaboration and strong communication with key onshore stakeholders to deliver defined activities. - Managing tasks in Ariba on behalf of Senior Consultants. - Scheduling and organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders. - Performing compliance and risk checks for engaged suppliers. - Assisting in the execution of tactical and strategic sourcing projects. - Drafting NDAs for RFx and preparing sourcing documentation in line with instructions. - Supporting negotiation preparation and obtaining final approvals. - Driving adoption of P2P through sourcing initiatives and contract management. - Ensuring adherence to defined sourcing policies and processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a university degree, ideally in economics or Supply Management, with strong oral and written English skills.
