Analyst Global Procurement

As a member of the team at IHG Hotels & Resorts, you will be responsible for delivering various services related to service catalogue workload, procurement helpdesk, supplier administration, contract administration, sourcing support, travel mailbox, project intake, standard reporting, and meeting agreed SLAs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Procurement helpdesk services: Resolve system / supplier administration and travel / expenses queries in line with SLAs - Training: Participate in ongoing training to enhance service provision - Supplier management: Manage supplier set-up processes, including sustainability and risk assessments - Administration support: Provide basic administration support for procurement systems - Data maintenance: Maintain IHG contract database through accurate data entry and upkeep - Project support: Provide assistance in ad-hoc projects or data consolidation requests - Continuous improvement: Offer suggestions and input on improving service delivery effectively - Issue escalation: Escalate issues to Manager Procurement Excellence Operations - Compliance: Ensure correct use of and compliance to IHG ticketing system, publishing regular performance metrics IHG Hotels & Resorts is committed to fostering a culture of True Hospitality for Good on a global scale.
