Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop analog and mixed-signal IPs such as:
PLLs, LDOs, Bandgap references, ADCs/DACs, SERDES, high-speed I/Os, etc.
Work through the full design cycle: from architecture definition to schematic design, simulation, layout supervision, and silicon validation.
Perform pre-layout and post-layout simulations including PVT corners, Monte Carlo, noise, mismatch, and parasitics.
Collaborate closely with layout engineers to optimize area, power, and performance while meeting design constraints.
Interact with digital, verification, packaging, and test teams to support full-chip integration and bring-up.
Document design specifications, simulation results, and validation reports.
Support silicon characterization, debugging, and correlation with simulations in the lab.

Required Skills & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3–10 years of experience in analog/mixed-signal design in CMOS technology (preferably 28nm and below).
Proficiency with design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, XA, AMS Designer, etc.
Strong understanding of analog fundamentals: device physics, noise, mismatch, stability, feedback, and layout effects.
Experience with full custom analog design and layout review.
Ability to perform complex simulations and analyze results for functional and performance verification.
Familiarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, etc.) is a plus.
