Analog Design Engineer

The Lead Engineer (Analog Design) position requires a candidate with 5 to 15 years of experience, hands-on experience with spice simulators such as Hspice or Spectre, and a track record of leading client projects. The ideal candidate should hold a BE/BTech degree from a reputable university, with a preference for candidates with a Master's degree. Key responsibilities for this role include leading client projects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work, maintaining clear communication, possessing expertise in major Serdes blocks like Tx or Rx, understanding clients" CAD flow environments, guiding the Layout team in resolving simulation issues, collaborating with the PD team to integrate AMS blocks, and having a strong grasp of PPA goals and strategies to achieve them. Additionally, the Lead Engineer must debug functional and performance simulations, comprehend the client's QA check processes, and be proficient in generating all necessary design views using sign-off tools.
