Job Description

Employer Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and recruiters to identify openings and understand workforce needs.
Student Counselling & Preparation:
Guide students on career pathways, job acceptance, resume building and mock interviews/assessments.
Placement Coordination:
Drive end-to-end campus hiring including company invites, interview scheduling, and logistics (travel, accommodation, venues).
Data Tracking & Reporting:
Track placement metrics, monitor outcomes, and share data-driven insights with students and leadership.
Strategic Planning:
Design and execute placement strategies aligned to institute goals to enhance student employability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Relationship Building:
Ability to cultivate long-term partnerships with employers and rapport with students.
Counselling & Guidance:
Experience supporting career decisions and job-market readiness.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication for corporate coordination and student engagement.
Organizational Skills:
Skilled at managing multi-stakeholder schedules, interviews, and drive logistics.
Data Analysis:
Comfortable tracking, analysing, and reporting placement data to improve strategies.

Eligibility

Experience:
2 3 years in placements, employer relations, or career development (preferred).
