AM/DM/Manager - HR

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Ensure statutory compliance under labour laws and maintain all HR-related documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, time office, and workforce planning.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive work culture.
• Coordinate training & development programs for skill enhancement.
• Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and employee welfare.
• Support senior management in HR policies and process improvements.
• Act as a link between management and employees, ensuring smooth communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 4–12 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing/textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and factory HR practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience in HR software will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle a large workforce.

• Male candidate preferred.

  region will be given priority.
• Strong people management skills with hands-on approach.
