Amazon PPC / Advertising Specialist

2–5+ Years in Amazon PPC (Seller Central & Vendor Central preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Amazon PPC Expert who can plan, execute, optimize, and scale Amazon advertising campaigns profitably. The ideal candidate understands data, keyword intent, ACOS control, scaling strategies, and full-funnel Amazon ads, not just basic campaign setup.

You will work closely with the listing optimization, design, and account management teams to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Management

  • Create and manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
  • Structure campaigns for launch, scaling, and defense strategies
  • Set up Auto, Manual (Broad, Phrase, Exact), ASIN & Category targeting

Optimization & Scaling

  • Daily/weekly optimization of bids, budgets, placements, and keywords
  • Search Term Report (STR) mining and keyword harvesting
  • Reduce wasted ad spend and improve ACOS / TACOS
  • Scale winning keywords and campaigns profitably

Performance Monitoring

  • Track KPIs: ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPC, Sales & Spend
  • Identify trends and performance issues quickly
  • Optimize ads based on listing conversion, pricing, and inventory health

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Align PPC strategy with listing SEO, creatives, and promotions
  • Support product launches and ranking campaigns
  • Coordinate with content/design teams for Sponsored Brand creatives
  • Suggest improvements in listings to improve ad performance

Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare weekly/monthly PPC performance reports
  • Clearly explain results, insights, and next steps
  • Participate in strategy calls and internal meetings

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central Ads Console
  • In-depth understanding of Amazon PPC algorithms
  • Experience managing multiple SKUs and brands
  • Proven ability to improve ACOS while scaling sales
  • Advanced keyword research and targeting skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with EU & USA marketplaces
  • Knowledge of Brand Analytics & Search Query Performance
  • Experience with Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar tools
  • Understanding of listing optimization & CRO

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

  • Amazon Ads Console
  • Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables preferred)
  • Helium 10 / Jungle Scout (or similar)
